A Note From The D.R.Y.L. President

Mary & I would like to thank you all for the prayers and well wishes and like to wish you all a very enjoyable 2024 summner and boating season. As you may or may not know, Nominations and Elections were held at the December D.R.Y.L. Meeting at Farragut S.A. and I am again honored, humbled, and privileged to be D.R.Y.L. President for another year. I am grateful to the delegates who support me, and entrust in me this position. I will continue to do my best to serve the clubs and this organization this upcoming year. I would like to thank my fellow Officers for their continued support of me and the league. As I have stated many times and swear by, I am surrounded by some very special people and our group benefits profoundly from them being in our organization and as our Officers. Also, the D.R.Y.L. would in no way be what it is today without the work and efforts of our Committee Heads. By far the most important people in our group due to all the volunteering of time they give to this great organization. I can not thank them enough for their committment to us. So very hard to believe and comprehend that this will be my 19th year as President. Please know, I will continue to do my best to keep our organization heading forward and promise to work even harder to continue to keep the lines of communication open between the league and the clubs. Please feel free to contact me regarding any issues you may have regarding league events, your club, and or any legislation concerns you feel we could be helpful with. I will always make time to discuss any concerns or issues you may have related to our river, the D.R.Y.L. and or your clubs. . Remember, The D.R.Y.L. is here for you. Thank you very much for your support of The D.R.Y.L. The 2024 D.R.Y.L. Events are in the plans and our Committee Heads will be reporting on these affairs very shortly.
